PROGRAMS

Elizabeth L. Carter, Esq, LLC was founded on the principle that social entrepreneurs, social enterprises, group economics, community wealth, and solidarity economies are key to successful community economic development within the Black and Afro-Latinx(o)(a) community. We strive to be our own social enterprise in which we go beyond providing the legal infrastructure needed to advance a new Black political economy.

We aim to organize the legal, social, political, economic, and cultural infrastructure needed to cultivate a solidarity ecosystem dedicated to supporting and ensuring that BIPOC, women, and other underrepresented entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofits, funds, and cooperatives thrive in the best way possible.

Check out our programming designed for the collective advancement of BIPOC and women communities so that they may better navigate cultural and structural institutions that intend to keep them marginalized, underfunded, and under-resourced.
